Kontak Connector Cleaner
Don’t gunk up your connections with supposed contact enhancers! They all leave behind a telltale “sound,” a sonic artifact that is simply artificial coloration. What you want is a clean, tight connection with no additives, no preservatives, and no “enhancers”! Kontak has proven itself over the years to be the only true zero residue cleaner on the market. Buy it, clean your connections and know you’re listening to your system, and not the sound of some chemical or foreign substance.
In an ideal world the perfect electrical connection would exist when the two parts of an audio or video connector act as one. The junction between the two contact surfaces would then present no barrier to electron flow and signal integrity. The result- a perfectly reliable transfer of music.
Back to reality, where all electrical connections are inherently imperfect. Being machined apart and never fitting exactly, contaminates develop and cause oxidization.
Even your brand new set of interconnects or speaker cables aren't clean. Silicon oils used in the manufacturing process are often left to dry on the finished connector. Then stored (often for months), the contaminants may harden or collect further debris. By the time the finished product finally reaches you, who knows what's on the connectors. It is easy to see why cleaning is imperative.

Kontak is an advanced cleaning solution (CFC-free) originally developed for the British military and used to scrupulously clean sensitive connections in aircraft avionics. Kontak completely removes all traces of contaminates on any connecting surface and, most importantly, leaves no residue behind.

It is our opinion that so-called treatments or enhancers have an identifiable sonic signature which colors the sound.
